No matter how great your organization is at interviewing candidates, hiring IT professionals is a difficult process.  Many of our clients have requested that we provide them with an opportunity to contract employees for a period of time before converting them to full time employment.  This is a very effective way for both companies and potential employees to evaluate each other before the long term HR costs and investments are made.   Companies work years to build a reputation as a good place to work and it can be tarnished with only a few bad hires.
